Rose is what some may call a river spirit, or water manipulator. She looks quite like a human girl, standing at 5'4" with a curvy figure, blue-green eyes, and strawberry-blonde hair. These days, she doesn't put much time into her appearance. A quick hair bun and miss-match of leather and cotton clothes work well enough for a hike through the mountains. She doesn't look immediately intimidating- some definition in her back muscles and thick thighs are the only sign of some bodily strength on her otherwise soft physique. She carries with her knives and tools, though they are mainly for the purpose of gathering herbs. Her days usually revolve around what she can do for herself, leaving her old friends and remaining family to go without seeing her for weeks on end.

It wasn't always this way. She used to have more responsibility, something she misses even when she leans back to lose herself in one of her herbal concoctions for the hundredth time. Maybe if her parents and brother hadn't died, or maybe if life wasn't so crazy out there, she'd have gone a different path. Her clan used to rely on her. Sneaking in and out of the various nations was a talent much appreciated. Then there was always the cheap but appreciated trick of filling vessels with water or other mixtures.
Lately, she's had a stronger urge to do better. For Rose, this means seeing justice served.

Many would describe her as moody, stubborn, curious, and a little vengeful.  
As for her powers, they'd likely be more developed had she spent less time trying to ignore the world for the past year.
Her abilities mostly revolve around the creation of water, movement of water and liquids, and (to a lesser extent) the transfer of energy. Emotion can sometimes bring out the physical appearance of her powers, causing water to trickle down her body (among other things).
