While we can't identify the Elders yet and bring their appearance to your doorstep, the Ultraverse is home to a lot of important people taking care of many different aspects of all the nations and the Outer World. A lot of the following characters have made history, and some of them will continue to do so, either by the way they rule, their mannerism, or by the scale of their powers. Those characters are extremely important and you will find yourself looking at this post a couple of times when you need to mention the impact of these NPC's in your writings.

• Conrad The II
  

Conrad The II is the current king of Miska. His fighting abilities are considered mediocre, but his intellect is what makes him such a great leader. People fear him not because of his blade, but because he is so smart that he always finds a way to turn the tides in his favor. No matter how critical a situation gets, Conrad never loses his cool.

• Yvan
  

Yvan is the second strongest fighter in Dokka, no doubt about it. He became an orphan when his parents were killed by bandits during a family trip. He saw them getting murdered and was saved by the best fighter in Dokka, who at the moment went missing. The #1 fighter trained Yvan and made him a killing machine that brings vengeance upon those who look and act like his parent's murderers.

• Mannara
  

Mannara is the daughter of the governor of Dokka. Even though she is of royal blood, she usually stays with the people and hangs out in the poorest towns. Most people find her weird or detached, yet extremely attractive. Her powers allow her to create metal objects slightly bigger than a dagger and she's convinced that with enough training, she will be able to create a metal fortress in a matter of seconds.

• Goda
  

No one truly knows the origin of Goda, but we all know that he is the right leader for the Alliance since everyone fears him, well, almost everyone. He controls an eyeless demon capable of sensing fear and aura. The demon can be as big as 12 feet tall and only respond to Goda. Goda has a little sister that he would die for. Both of Goda parents are also blind just like the creature he controls...Weird, right ?

• Blooders
  

The Blooders are big wolves (the size of a well-fed tiger)that occupy the Outer World. They are everywhere and usually hunt in packs. They can run up to 120 miles/hr and can survive most physical attacks. These animals are also smart and know exactly when to strike and when to back up. No one truly knows their origins.
