The Ultraverse world
Science is a tricky matter in the Ultraverse since it's mixed with magic depending on the nation. For example, in Miska it is perfectly fine to use magic and any other form of powers to enhance science and technology which is why they are the most advanced nation technologically. Miska is ahead of the curve when it comes to that matter because they are a mostly atheist nation, not believing in God nor the 7 Elders therefore they have no need to restrain their field of research. Dokka on the other hand is mainly primitive but it is said that they have the strongest fighters because they only dedicate their lives to perfecting their use of magic only. Razka is just like Miska but the use of magic in everyday life is restricted for the common good of the people. At Razka, if you can travel on the back of a horse, it is prohibited to fly if you can fly. Because of that, a lot of people at Razka gave away their powers to the government in order to gain an insane wealth. Surely, they can't fly or shoot lasers from their eyes or anything of that nature, but since they are rich, they are extremely advanced in technology.
Miska army uses mainly weapons enhanced by magic, like a rifle with a flame bullet or a bow shooting ice projectiles. Everything that they do has a mix of magic and science which is so enjoyable to watch in action.
Dokka army uses magic only with the most primitive weapons like a bow and arrow, a scythe, daggers etc... Certainly they don't use technology to the extent of Miska and Razka but they've perfected their use of magic so well that they won the Ultra War, giving them more lands than any other nation.
Razka is just like Miska but their army uniform is the heaviest and bulkiest, which also offers the greatest protection. You can see them with helmets and armors, shields etc...
If you looking for non-believers, take a trip to Miska. At Miska, nothing is divine, everything is face value and science-related. There are a few Eldens here and there but the majority of the population is too busy to worry about faith and hope.
Dokka's population the complete opposite of Miska. Most people are Eldens and they worship their creator almost every day.
Razka is a mix of the two. About half of the population are believers while the other half could careless about a God or a couple of invisible so called Elders.
Miska is mostly made of houses. There are very few forests. The streets have a few cars since most people cannot afford them. You will see one car every 5 minutes in the busiest streets.
Dokka is, as mentioned earlier, primitive. The people live in tents and they just started building brick houses not too long ago. Dokka is mainly forests, valleys, and lakes, it's the largest nation in term of territory yet the least populated.
Razka has opted for the metal way. Most things are made using metal. Houses are a mix of metal and wood. They do have a few abandoned forests. There are no cars yet in Razka.
Only people part of the Alliance can go to any nation. After the Ultra War, the nations have tension growing between them and you can sense the jealousy in the air when one is doing better than the other. For now, Razka and Miska allow visitors between them but you can't spend more than a week on their territory as a visitor and you need to report to a check in place when coming in, and report to a check out place when leaving. During your stay, you are only allowed to sleep at a place provided by the government in place and every day they check your room for anything suspicious. Dokka doesn't accept visitors from anywhere, and even if they accept people from the Alliance, they don't fully trust them. Rogues aren't welcome in any nation, they can only live in the Outer World.
Being part of the Alliance gives you the advantage of living in any nation and traveling anywhere but rogues do carry a lot of hate for the Alliance so be careful when traveling since a rogue will probably attack you for giving away your privacy for total acceptance. A person from the Alliance must be a believer and they respond to Jido, which is the head of the Alliance. The Alliance was created after the Ultra War and since Jido was one of the strongest fighters, people gravitated around him when he started claiming that he had a vision from the Elders telling him to create an alliance. They usually promote peace, but is that all ? No one really knows what's blooming within Jido's intellect. When you become part of the Alliance, you receive a tattoo on your belly
(a red A) and you can use it to pass borders, and sometimes get discounts in stores if the owner is a believer.
Being a Rogue means that you are not part of any nation nor part of the Alliance. You live in the Outer World and can choose to be part of a clan in order to survive. Many families have also left the nations and decided to go Rogue and they use the wealth that they accumulated to survive and take care of the people around them. There are a lot of clans in the Outer World and most of them steal from the nations in order to survive. A Rogue knows how to infiltrate all the nations and even if life is hard and challenging, it's fun since they live like outlaws and do whatever they fuck they want.
